Job Description
  • Provide on-time daily reporting to customers
  • Performs a wide-variety of routine and non-routine tasks, including: Responding to inquiries from customer and/or Account Managers, expediting critical orders, effectively communicating dispositions, researching and resolving moderately complex problems, and researching/tracking orders.
  • Enter expedites in system
  • Updating reason codes for reports.
  • Sending out communications to customers informing of any changes on the program and tracking back response
  • Order Management- SO processing in Evolve (new order entry and SO changes)
  • Parts information update and maintenance
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): SAP.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Entry level candidates will also be considered.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
