Job Description

Duties: 

-         Handle inbound calls and enquiries at Call Centre

-         Conduct daily operation and provide administrative assistance

-         Liaise with internal departments for customer satisfaction

-         Handle ad hoc duties

  

Requirements:

-         1 year of customer service / call centre experience is preferred

-         Customer-oriented, a good team player with good communication skills

-         Good command both of spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

-         Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word-processing

-         Immediate available will be an advantage
