Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer emails and enquiries
- Summarize enquires and work with other teams
- Raise suggestions and enhance CS workflow
- Handle Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service
- Familiar with CS tools like Zendesk will be big advantage
- Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes
- Be a good team player, willing to help teammates and share knowledge with each other and grow as a team
- Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
- Proficient written and spoken Cantonese (must), Chinese and English
- Knowledge with digital technologies, mobile, internet, social media and games will be a plus
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
