Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails, handling customers’ enquires, and complaints of a routine nature,
  • Perform record keeping and maintenance, data entry on collection orders and delivery orders in AX system,
  • Liaise with Logistic department to provide accurate data to customers’ enquires relating to status of service orders,
  • Report issues/incidents to superior, and perform other tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, 1 year customer service or call center experience is advantageous,
  • Good command in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates also welcome
