Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and emails, handling customers’ enquires, and complaints of a routine nature,
- Perform record keeping and maintenance, data entry on collection orders and delivery orders in AX system,
- Liaise with Logistic department to provide accurate data to customers’ enquires relating to status of service orders,
- Report issues/incidents to superior, and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, 1 year customer service or call center experience is advantageous,
- Good command in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduates also welcome
