Position Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Shanghai, China

Business: Customer service for electronic clients

Reports To: Customer Service Manager, China Region

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order & delivery management
• Order maintained in ERP system, stock management
• Managing samples request from customers and delivery
• Shipping and logistics daily operation and documents submitting
• Communicate with sales and Headquarter to satisfy customer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 years experience in relevant customer service position
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skill
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
