Job Description

How you can contribute:


  • Execute sales plan to deliver assigned targets and business objectives of Sportswear team.
  • Support Customers and Sales Team in new/existing opportunities, sampling, technical requests, track status and manage quotations.
  • Joint pre-sales visits and participation in marketing or operational activities for key customer accounts. Provide administrative support to sales manager as required.
  • Monitor/manage development of opportunities and do needful to support sales team for closing deals.
  • Offer value-sell service to customers and drive additional opportunities.
  • Meet system functionality requirements to facilitate high volume of items and pricing setup.
  • Work closely with Sales/SAE to ensure seamless handoff between sales and order.
  • Work with Bemis Planning, Supply chain and Sales Manager to insure effective inventory planning, production and on-time delivery.
  • Manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Work effectively with internal Brand sales & Liaison Offices Sales team members and Factory Sales Manager and customers alike to define market needs and ensure that our value propositions align with them.
  • Provide reporting as required.
  • Support office administration tasks regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of departments within Bemis and function well within a team.
  • Coordinate application & technical service between customer and Bemis Hong Kong & Bemis Shanghai offices.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or related tasks/duties as assigned.


What you need:


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in sales support or customer services.
  • Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work and adapt in rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Customer and result oriented, be proactive and speak up.
  • Must be able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as work independently.
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel (including Excel pivot tables), PowerPoint required.
  • Well versed with ERP system. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX system is a definite advantage.
