Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and online applications
  • Support Call Centre in daily operations
  • Prepare drawdown arrangement

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • At least 1 year working experience in customer services / telemarketing
  • Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
