? Ownership of the 1st line customer relationship and management of all requests from the Customer’s network of personnel related to their daily card issue;(负责产线客户关系,管理所有线上客户个人日常卡问题需求;)
? Manage order expectations, customer status and maintenance of customer work in progress (WIP) daily ;(预期订单管理,客户状态以及客户工作进度的维护;)
? End to end management of the order process includes: Receipt of Purchase Orders (PO's), order entry and dispatch specifications to factory (AX), tracking until receipt at partner service centers;(订单进度的端到端的管理,包括:采购订单PO的管理,接单,分配生产,AX系统的编辑,跟踪,到单据进入服务中心;)
? Daily communication to customer, suppliers and OT departments on matters of requests, order progress and problem management;(日常客户沟通,供应商以及相关部门问题需求的沟通,订单问题及进度管理;)
? Ownership of the relevant internal and supplier relationships and the management of all contact relating to their daily activity to deliver IDEMIA and customer. Intercompany liaison on behalf of the customer and local team;(负责内部相关以及供应商关系,管理所有与IDEMIA日常活动相关的合同及客户。代表客户与公司地方团队联系;)
? Ownership of the customer billing cycle and internal sales allocation. (负责客户账单周期及内部销售分配;)
? Oversee invoicing(监督***;)
? Correct allocation of sales to product/service lines(合理分配生产/产线服务;)
? Reconciliation of monthly reports(协调季度报告;)
? Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time to support the business unit.(其他临时分配,支持商务单位等工作)
任职资格:
Education(学历):
? Degree or equivalent certificate in Business or like qualifications;(具备商务资质或职称证书;)
Work Experience:(工作经验:)
? Previous experience in card or printing industry is a plus. Packaging & Logistics also a good fit;(有卡片或者印刷行业工作经验优先。有包装&物流等工作经验也可;)
? Minimum 2 years experience in customer service role with Tier 1 Customer exposure;(至少2年以上一级客户服务风险等相关工作经验;)
? Competent in managing, organizing, controlling and completing assigned daily/weekly tasks to given deadlines;(具有管理,组织,控制及日/周工作任务合理分配的能力;)
? Excellent customer service skills, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills。Other Skills:(具备优秀的客户服务技能,沟通能力(书面&口头)和表达技巧;)
? Operationally inclined and detail oriented;(较强的执行力,注重细节;)
? Highly organized, proficient and motivated to deliver;(具有组织,决策及规划能力;)
