Our Hong Kong office has been established since 1981 with over 300 employees, 2 office locations in Kowloon Bay and Kwai Chung Terminal respectively.
Due to our rapid expansion, our Kowloon Bay office is seeking a qualified, talented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling customers' bookings and declarations, monitoring transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments, and answering customers' enquiries;
Communicate with local & overseas offices and follow up urgent shipment arrangement;
Build and maintain good relationship with customers;
Handle problem cases and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset;
Good problem solving skills and able to work independently;
Willing to work after office hour, if necessary;
Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
