Responsibilities

• Provide client services and recommendations to customers
• Assist and coordinate with Sales team
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Handle inquiries raised by customers
• Assist customer events

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of luxury services 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and Positive working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
