Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- No sales is required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1 year banking experience or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- English and Chinese word processing
- Perform shift duties
