Job Description

Your new company:

Joining my clients’ call center teams. You’ll be challenged daily by the work, the people on your team, and the customers you serve. You’ll be given many opportunities to learn and advance.

 

About the role:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Answer customers enquires in a professional manner
  • Proactively promote and provide accurate information on new services or programs while processing incoming calls so as to upsell products when they arise

 

About the person:

  • Secondary school graduated or diploma/cert holder or above
  • Good command in Cantonese, willing to talk in English or Mandarin when required
  • Polite, positive attitude, customer-oriented, good team player
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Fresh graduate applicants are welcome
  • Experience working in a call center environment will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
