Job Description:
  • To answer customer enquiry and provide accurate information and support to customer
  • To cross sell CTM services and products via hotlines
  • To provide high quality customer services
  • To handle customer complaints appropriately


Requirements:
  • Secondary education
  • Fluency in Cantonese and spoken English is mandatory
  • Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Experience in customer service area is an advantage
  • To work on 24-hour shift basis
