Our client is searching for customer service trainee to join their new team, Salary could be reached at $15,000 with shift allowance

Duties:

• Handle customer phone inquiries
• Conduct trouble shooting and handle job orders when service inspections are required
• Maintain customer records through information received from incoming calls

Responsibilities:

• F.5 / HKDSE certificate holder or above
• Polite, cheerful, positive attitude, customer-oriented, good team player
• Good command in Cantonese
• Basic PC knowledge
• Fresh graduate applicants are welcome
• HK Permanent resident is required
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred

Work pattern: Work in Tai Kok Tsui; Shift duty required; 5 days work per week
