Responsibilities

  • Handle general enquiries, complaints, or technical support in a professional manner
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer's request efficiently
  • Promote company products / services

 

Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE or above
  • Experience in customer service will be preferred
  • Customer-oriented with passion
  • Patience and with caring attitude
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
