Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer emails and enquiries
  • Summarize enquires and work with other teams
  • Raise suggestions and improve CS workflow
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 2 years of working experience in customer service is preferred
  • Familiar with CS tools like Zendesk will be a big advantage
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes
  • Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
  • Proficient written and spoken Cantonese (must), Chinese and English
  • Knowledge with digital technologies, mobile, internet, social media and games will be a plus
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
