Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in promotion, events or other situation organized by casino marketing

* Work closely and communicates with all operations teams to ensure all services are provided as committed

* Deliver training to new Customer Service Host in accordance with MGM Macau policies and procedures

* Manage Customer Service Host and ensure the service level of the floor can be maintained in high level

* Performs other job-related duties as required by Management

Job Requirements:

* Two years working experience in sales marketing or customer service field. Management or VIP service experience is preferable

* High S chool graduate or above

* Must be able to speak Mandarin and read English . Other language is preferable

* With PC knowledge

• Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
