Job Description
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible to handle international key accounts with the objective to maintain existing business ; develop new business ; relationship building and account serving ; account facilitation and program alignment
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
  • Prepare proposal, quotation and agreement for the customer
  • Make decisions through appropriate actions required to solve queries within guidelines
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in business related discipline
  • 2-4 years' customer service in either Hardgoods preferred
  • Good command of Japanese, Chinese (including Mandarin) and English is the must
  • With overseas exposure preferred
  • Self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social and negotiation skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
