Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle international key accounts with the objective to maintain existing business ; develop new business ; relationship building and account serving ; account facilitation and program alignment
- Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
- Prepare proposal, quotation and agreement for the customer
- Make decisions through appropriate actions required to solve queries within guidelines
- Degree holder in business related discipline
- 2-4 years' customer service in either Hardgoods preferred
- Good command of Japanese, Chinese (including Mandarin) and English is the must
- With overseas exposure preferred
- Self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social and negotiation skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
