- Mon- Sat (Shift A: 9:00-18:00/ B 10:30-20:00)
- Sun (9:00-17:00)
- 9 RD + PH
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
- Handle and follow up customer complaint and inquire via email and calls
- Maintain and frequently update database
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
