Job Description

Highlight:

  • Warm call 
  • Mon- Sat (Shift A: 9:00-18:00/ B 10:30-20:00)
  • Sun (9:00-17:00)
  • 9 RD + PH 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
  • Handle and follow up customer complaint and inquire via email and calls
  • Maintain and frequently update database
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • 1 year customer service or call center experience 
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
