Our client, one of the well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Customer Service Executive in their Phone-banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries on credit card
- Handle customer complaints and other assigned customer services.
- Provide service in compliance to all internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above.
- Experience in call centre or banking industry
- Matriculated or above
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
