Job Description

Our client, one of the well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Customer Service Executive in their Phone-banking sector. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries on credit card
  • Handle customer complaints and other assigned customer services.
  • Provide service in compliance to all internal and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above.
  • Experience in call centre or banking industry
  • Matriculated or above
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
