Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Act as the Key Focal Point to the assigned Key Customers
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Co-ordinate sea or air bookings to fulfill customer needs
  • Handle full set of document
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments
    towards the aims of sustaining highest customer satisfactory level

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding, Liner Shipping, Warehousing and distribution
  • Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
