Responsibilities: -

Act as the Key Focal Point to the assigned Key Customers

Handle customer bookings, enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional and an effective manner

Maintain customer quotations and reports on a timely basis

Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments towards the aims of sustaining highest customer satisfactory level

Prepare regular reports and business analyzes for upper Management

Participate in sales discussions and visits when needed

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirement Details:
Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

At least 2-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding, Liner Shipping, Warehousing and distribution

Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage

Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua

Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
