Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s inquiries
  • Call potential customers for treatment arrangements
  • Maintain customer records
  • Provide general clerical works support to Manager
  • Data verification to ensure accuracy across systems

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Customer service experience in Beauty/Retail industry will be an advantage
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus
  • Good command of telephone manner and customer services skill
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
