Job Description
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Experience in customer services is a plus;
- Responsible for handling inbound calls and answer customers' enquiries;
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Comprehensive and structured training will be provided;
- Shift duty is required (with shift allowance).
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Basic HK$13.5-18K (Depends on candidate's skill and experience) + incentive + shift allowance + Join-in bonus;
- Working location: Tsuen Wan;
- Working hour: Choose one out of 3 shifts (morning/ night/ overnight);
- Good fringe benefits will be provided.
