JOB PURPOSE ?
Acting a key and dedicated contact in the first place to coordinate with all relevant business parties including overseas networks, suppliers, customers, all china offices for shipment and order organization by any means of international transportation but mainly seafreight and airfreight, ensuring a smooth shipment and order arrangement till its completion
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Strategy: ?
Controlling and monitoring daily shipment activities and essentially serving as a dedicated channel to communicate with our overseas networks, suppliers, customers, our China offices.
Job Functions: ?
Single Linkage between customer and operation as well as networks, ensure operation could well understand the requirement from customer and overseas network. ?
Single Shipment coordinator from the time of placing booking and order till the shipment is loaded ? Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with our origin offices and overseas networks to proceed with every single shipment. ? Follow and monitor the shipment status in a very close communication with operation team, keep updating shipment status to customer and overseas network till its completion ?
Monitor the shipment data quality ?
Prepare daily and monthly shipment report
SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS ?
Bachelor degree or above, multinational logistics or freight forwarding company experience preferred; ?
Previous experience in customer service and operation; ?
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or trading company ?
Possess good communication skills and influence skill, responsive and reactive. ?
Good written and verbal English ? Strong knowledge in sea/ air operation ?
Able to work under stress to meet tight deadline and handling multiple tasks
