Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Changzhou internal order processing, including PO check, order entry, send acknowledgement to the buyer
  • Order entry for external orders per other CSRs instruction
  • Contract/PO and documents collection and filing
  • Other tasks assigned by the team leader

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, detail oriented
  • Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
