Job Description
JV product delivery control Update and maintain Customers Master for JV products including collect documents and Open an account for distributors. Provide JV products¡¯ related documents to CM or distributors. Supporting CM and coordinate with Finance for approving Commercial Terms Verification. Follow up Delivery Order and keep regular contact with 3rd party logistic to arrange shipment and problem solving on any related issues occurred during the process. Update and provide delivery status to 3rd party logistic and customers. Daily delivery record and filling commercial documentation. Inventory Management for JV product Make weekly/monthly Sales Report to CM, Finance and SFE. Make Sales & Inventory Report Monthly. Stock Account in third party warehouse semi-annually
Minimum requirements
University graduate with 2-3 years working experience in customer service and international trade Good spoken & written Bachelors degree or equivalent level of education background in the relevant job Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant job fields Experience in control distribution, Good analyzing and execution capa-bility, ability to work independently Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP operations and Access database in perfected Proficiency in spoken and written English Experience in logistic or finance will be preferred
