A medium size logistics company in Kowloon is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill following positions:

5 Days, Double Pay, Year-End Bonus, Medical Scheme, Bank Holiday, 14 Days Annual Leave

Job Duties:
- Act as key interface to key account customers and providing day-to-day support
- Coordinate with overseas agents/suppliers for direct shipment arrangement from worldwide
- Preparing reports to customers
- Data input into company system
- Provide customer services, answer customers’ enquiries and handle complaints
- Handle general daily correspondence

Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- Ideally 1-year Logistics Co. / Freight Forwarder / 3PL experience
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of English & Mandarin
- Recent graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Analytical and detail-minded in problem solving and decision making
