1. Ensures achievement of CS&L, financial (cost) and operational targets along with timely reporting.
2. Ensure that customer order requirements are clearly represented by way of order entry. Ensure pricing policy and approval process is strictly executed.
3. Establishes and maintain adequate organizational CS&L structure.
4. Support the relevant Sales managers in developing, collection, maintenance and articulation of Customer Agreements in whatever form they may take and market intelligence. This includes Customer master data, outline agreements, prices, and Customer specific sales specifications. Contribute to the forecasting process performed by the sales managers by highlighting irregularities or high fluctuations.
5. Ensures optimized Supply Chain networks (e.g. professional relationships with 3rd party suppliers, flow of materials unhampered, on time order fulfillment, warehouses management, transport etc).
6. To manage customer complaints actively and ensure that they are logged in and resolved without delay. Remain aware of the problem solving process at any point in time and ensure that the customer is kept informed on a timely basis of progress.
7. Manage cost reduction & optimization program for all logistics process and provide freight cost report as requested. Keep continuously improve processes to ensure well material movement.

Qualifications :
1. University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
2. At least 8 years experiences in SCM (including Logistics and Customer Service. Procurement of advantage but not necessary), 3 years team management experiences
3. Required to have detailed understanding of customer business, fully aware of customer needs and track order patterns.
4. Ability to balance priorities and deliver the needed service levels whilst achieving optimal cost efficiencies.
5. Team player, independent, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and detail minded.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skill with clients / vendors.
7. Good cost assessment and analytical skills.
8. Very good command of English.
9. Familiar with ERP systems, AX knowledge is a plus.
