Job Description
TPG Telecom has been appointed as Singapore’s 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and is currently Singapore’s newest 4G mobile network.
Purpose
Lead day to day management of our high performing Customer Service team. Driving day to day customer service performance, understanding your challenges, and abilities to overcome them will be critical for success.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role involve
- Providing overall leadership to Customer Service, Marketing Communications and Logistics team
- Handling daily distribution, activation of SIMs card and other customer orders
- Recruiting and managing manpower requirements according to sales forecast
- Ensure proper training of staff to handle queries and complaints
- Manage community site and all interactions with customers with support from Manila Customer Service Team
- Fronting customer complaints, feedbacks from other channels, including IMDA (regulator) with support from Manila Customer Service Team
- Build device bundling solutions with vendors
- Prepare daily reports to management and evaluation of team performance
- Manage and support events as and when necessary
- Proactively managing the team should issues arise
