Job Description
Are you?
- a post-secondary graduate or above in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with experience in banking industry
- with at least 8 years related experience and 5 years management experience
- good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking industry is an advantage
- strong in problem solving, team management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- performance driven and detail-oriented
- able to work independently and under pressure
- with good command in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaker is an advantage
- with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
Can you?
- provide quality and courteous banking services to customers including but not limited to processing clearing of inward and outward items, obtaining and verifying relevant documents, opening and closing accounts, safekeeping of transaction records, and cash sorting
- ensure prompt settlements and receipt of proceeds for all treasury transactions
- ensure Front Office, Trade Finance, and Treasury Back Office Departments maintain proper keeping and filing of transaction records & supporting documents
- assist in the review of operating manuals and liaise with customers, relevant regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- ensure documents and processes are strictly compliant with internal and external rules and regulations
- work closely with peer departments and generate periodic reports to management
- actively engage with internal and external customers with a view to better understand their further banking needs in addition to providing quality services
