Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide privileged services for international operators and international customers.

24*7 responds to customers' fault upgrade requirements, coordinates and drive technical resources to promote fault resolution and meets customer service needs.

Formulate solutions for network troubleshooting and follow-up the implementation and optimization work.

Customer service quality management and continuous improvement, to identify insufficient service and explore potential customer service needs by visiting or meeting, form service suggestions and measures and supervise related departments to improve customer service perception.

Particate in the bidding program for major projects, formulate and optimize the SLA of customer.

According to the company's service strategy, formulate the vendor's SLA and optimize it continuously.

 

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, farmiliar in Telecommunication, Computer ,Network or related fields.

At least five years of experiences in telecommunication maintenace work, international telecom experience is highly preferred.

Proficient in related network technologies such as transmission, IP or exchange, with professional certification such as Cisco or Huawei certification is given priority.

Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Strong organizational coordination and good customer service awareness.
