Customer Service Manager & Engineer

Job Description
1. Provide high quality and efficient integrated services to North America, Europe, China, Japan Accounts.
2. Clarify customer's requests for an integrated customer-centric response, prepare and host meetings, visits, and follow up with action items.
3. Lead the communication with customer on abnormal events, track account/ project's status and escalate customer's voices to management.

Qualifications
1. Master above, proficient in both Chinese & English, 5 years of experiences in semi-conductor industry (Preferred)
2. Experiences in process integration, device, product engineering, advance package, or IC circuit/layout design is preferred.
3. Proven capabilities in project management and cross-team communication is a plus.
