The Shanghai company is looking for managers for work with clients from the Russian Federation.
Обязанности сотрудника:
Responsibilities of the employee:
1. Выполнение поручений руководителя
Fulfilling the instructions of the head
2.Общения с клиентами из России, общение с китайскими поставщиками
Communication with clients from Russia, communication with Chinese suppliers
3.Обработка заявок от клиентов, просчет и выставление цен, взаимодействие с отделом закупок, подготовка коммерческих предложений
Processing of applications from clients, calculating and issuing prices, interaction with the procurement department, preparation of commercial offers
4.Ведение полной отчетности, для отслеживания статуса о работе с клиентом
Keeping a complete report, to track the status of work with the client
5.Перевод документации к закупаемому товару или оборудованию с русского на китайский и наоборот.
Translation of documentation for purchased goods or equipment from Russian to Chinese and vice versa.
6.Коммандировки по китайским предприятиям, посещение выставок.
Business trips to Chinese enterprises, visiting exhibitions.
Требование к кандидату :
Candidate requirements:
1.русский язык (родной)
Russian language (native)
2.хороший навык перевода документации, тех заданий
good skill in translating documentation, tasks
3.китайский язык продвинутый HSK 5 и выше
Chinese advanced HSK 5 and above
4.опытный пользователь (Word, Excel), работа с офисной техникой;
experienced user (Word, Excel), working with office equipment;
5.ответственность, пунктуальность, внимательность, стрессоустойчивость;
responsibility, punctuality, attentiveness, stress tolerance
6.умение вести деловые переговоры по телефону;
the ability to conduct business negotiations over the phone;
7.знание основ документооборота и делового этикета
