  • Product approbation following(BSMI/NCC/Battery/ROSH)
  • Spare parts moving control & forecast optimization
  • Ensure the overall lead-time performance, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize internal flows. Lead continuous improvement and business transformation projects
  • Quality issue improvement & following.

  • Experience within consumer electronics customer service management
  • Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) highly regarded
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Problem-solving personality and fast-paced
