Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure efficient execution of all CS Business Management Processes to drive CS Revenue and market growth Execute Market analysis and Ensure competitive transparency Maintain customer base analysis and business potential identification Manages Service portfolio, offerings, and pricing Handling contract management and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders Develop market and customer-oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, and communication methods Develop new services and opportunities, rollout and implementation in the country product management Launch special campaigns within the service environment Consolidate and convert all required information for a maintenance price book for the local market. Prepare contract proposal and quotation for maintenance contracts Creating departmental initiatives Collaborating with internal departments on departmental project Provide support in the sale of service products, such as: Customized Service Agreements Siemens Shared Services Enhanced Productivity Services Siemens Guardian Program Siemens Virus Protection Program Introduction of Siemens Remote Services Service quotations or other similar types Introduce and initiate customer satisfaction surveys Collect customer data and produce trend analysis for management Holds the disciplinary responsibility for the staff Your Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing filed with previous experience in similar role Fluent English Speaker is a must Previous experience in Marketing filed is a must and previous experience in customer service is preferable Previous experience in healthcare industry is an asset GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
