Job Description
Eaton’s Enterprises division is currently seeking a Customer Service & Materials Planner Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro facility. The Customer Service & Materials Planner Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the timely supply of components and finish goods in the established time according to production schedules and/or dates required by customers. Coordinate activities to buy components through releases and follow up their availability for production; and establish appropriate inventory levels to meet service goals and inventory of the company, following internal and corporate policies and procedures. Some activities related with the position will be: Customer service and Materials Planner coordination Coordinate the Process of customer requirements within ERP Coordinate Supplier release and subassemblies process Supplier negotiations in terms of delivery issues Attend meetings with internal & external customers / suppliers / corporate Coordinate production scheduling process Drive continuous improvements and saving activities within materials organization Monitoring the maintenance of Kanban´s System Release Forecast Inventory Scheduling of Incoming material, Track and Follow the supplier's shipments Monitoring the inventory level, DOH, Customers & Suppliers OTD, analyze and define action plan if is necessary Management of Phase In / Phase Out to avoid obsolete material (FG and raw material) Comply with requirements of Quality System defined To update the MMOG in the customer portalweb Work under the guidelines, policies and process of Eaton's Philosophy, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 Environmental #LI-AP01 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or similar MFG Pro Advanced English Advanced Negotiations skills Leadership skills Customer Portals APICS fundamentals Initiative Sense of urgency TeamWork Work under pressure Actively participate in continuous improvement programs We make what matters work.
