An international freight forwarding company for local and overseas customers.
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Diploma holder
1-2 years relevant working experience in customer service
Previous experience in freight forwarding company is preferred
Detail-minded, energetic, team player with proactive attitude
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers on order processing and operation support
Follow up customers requests with internal departments and external parties
Keep track of order schedules with customers and maintain clients database
Update accurate transactions in the system and perform ad hoc duties
