Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and emails (no cross selling is needed)
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Update customers status into call agent system
  • Ad hoc administrative duties (including data input and filing, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / Form 7 or above
  • Preferably 1 year of call centre experience from any industry
  • Good problem-solving, customer oriented and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
