Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and emails (no cross selling is needed)
- Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Update customers status into call agent system
- Ad hoc administrative duties (including data input and filing, etc.)
Requirements:
- HKDSE / Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year of call centre experience from any industry
- Good problem-solving, customer oriented and communication skills
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
