Our client is a multinational banking and financial services holding company. To meet their constant growth, they are now seeking a Phone Banking Customer Care Officer. You will be given full support from the experienced team members in the field.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound calls and provide general banking services
• Assist with customer enquires, transactions and complaints
• Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner
• No selling is required

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred but not a must
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• 1-2 years of work experience; preferably in Banking and Finance industry
