Job Responsiblities:

• Facilitate and handle all customer service duties.
• Conduct regular contact calls with loyalty clients.
• Handle complaints.
• Generate additional projects for the technical team.
• Work with technical and workers team to coordinate all bookings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• Patient and detailed oriented
• Mature, good communication skill, independent and able to work under pressure
• Polite, sincere, responsible and positive attitude
• Chinese Typing is a must
• Immediate available preferred
