Roles & Responsibilities
 
We are looking for Customer Service Officer with good communication skills and great work ethics to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the ambassador of the mall, providing exceptional customer service, enhancing guests experience, making them feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
 
 
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and easy-going individual willing to perform the following day to day duties;
  • Greets and welcome guests.
  • To manage the service counter, providing service support.
  • Attend to tenant and shoppers’ enquiries and answers queries or feedbacks via telephone calls, email, live chat and in person, to resolve all queries and follow-ups.
  • Provides directional assistance.
  • Assist in promoting Suntec Rewards loyalty programme and mall redemptions and sale of Suntec gift vouchers.
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials in place.
  • Keeping track of the counter inventories and replenishment of collaterals in the mall.
 
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE O level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the customer service/ service ambassador role.
  • Possess strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality and a team player
  • Due to the job nature, candidate must be willing to work retail shift hours and on weekends/Public Holiday
