Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for our clients/guests, candidate act as the fitness club gatekeeper.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Work well with fellow customer service officers and Front of House Manager to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.
- To handle cashing duties and account for transactions.
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O'/ “N” level qualification & above or equivalent practical experience.
- Must have good communication skills in English.
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Able to work shifts between 6 am to 11pm (alternate 5 & 6 days work per week)
Preferred Qualifications/ Requirements
- Candidates with at least 1 year related customer service experience and proven ability in performing basic administrative duties would have an added advantage.
- Have excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills and are a detail-oriented self-starter.
- Interest and passion in fitness will be an advantage.
- Comfortable to be wearing uniforms (hijabs are allowed)
