Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the customer service counter and deliver quality services to residents/visitors
  • Handle customers’ feedbacks, enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, conduct annual estate surveys and collect data for review and analysis
  • Coordinate, supervise estate events and work projects
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as required
  • 4.5 work days per week; Working hours from 0800 to 2000

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 3 years’ relevant experience in customer service
  • Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS Office applications
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
