JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational support
- Handle enquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner
- Assist to monitor customers' renewal and application progress
- Co-ordinate with other departments on development projects
- Assist to prepare customer service reports
- Conduct checking on system work flow
- Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with some customer service experience (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Working experience in e-commerce business is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Customer focus, be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skill
- Responsive and be able to work with other team members
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua is preferable
- Proficient in using basic computer software and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Olympic, Kowloon Tong, Lam Tin, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan, Kennedy Town and Cyberport are available.
