Key responsibility:

• Resolve customer enquiries by providing first tier support and troubleshooting via phone, email or remote connection
• Provide all-round administrative and clerical support
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in any discipline
• Min. 1-year relevant experience in customer enquiry hotline is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken Chinese
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A warm, approachable and helpful manner
• Passionate, effective, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
