• Handle daily booking with shipper and communicate with overseas branches and agents.
• Follow up with overseas routing order shipment instruction and SOP.
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound/inbound air shipments
• Coordinate with internal department for daily operation
• Documentation.
• Coordinate with customs clearance.
• Invoicing and billing
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Compliance to the Toll Logistics Business Improvement Programme Quality, Risk and Human Resource Reference Manuals and the Toll Logistics Workplace Standards and Codes of Practices for Forklift Trucks and Out of Service and Danger Tags and the Toll Logistics Employee Handbook
