Job Description

Objectives of the Position


To Maximize value to the customer by providing operational excellence and cost efficient service, targeting mainly at:

  • Efficient management of the order fulfillment processes to the assigned/initial (key) customers in order to secure and extend business opportunities
  • Handle customers’ inquiries / non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies/procedures for continuous service improvement
  • Support streamline business process and share system experiences to improve the OTC effectiveness and professional competence to achieve costs control and supplier/ customer partnerships enhancement


Main Tasks


  • Act as sales order owner to perform OTC daily sales and delivery order management tasks to achieve satisfied customer service;
  • Communicate cross the functions to provide differentiated service upon business design, and implement business rule in customer order management;
  • Support credit management on billing and accounts receivable management;
  • Manage monthly billing and deliver Invoice to Sales or Customers;
  • Perform the customer master data management and ensure the system data reliability via proper system operation;
  • Communicate with the Account / Customer closely and capture customer responses, follow up and communicate results to the customers for ensure customer satisfaction and internal process improvement purpose;
  • Design/deliver regular order status report up to business characters to support achievement of transparency in sales management;
  • Contribute to the business target realization and grant efforts to the assigned KPIs achievement;
  • Make clean documentation for backup/process compliance and auditing;
  • Complete the supply chain related tasks assigned by the supervisor


?Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position?


  • Education: College or above
  • Working Experience: Experienced in customer service, supply chain with at least 1~2 years’ experience
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge:
  • Well versed in SAP order process, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable
  • Good understanding of product / services of relevant business segments
  • Good knowledge of the business processes
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office toll, e.g. excel, word
  • Good communication is required
