Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle & follow up incoming enquiries on after-sales, requests, and complaints by telephone, email with courteous manner 
  • Work closely with tech team, sales team & other internal departments, and school representatives to maintain effective communication and smooth operations of company product 
  • Proactively identify & resolve operational, procedural and technical issues to enhance customer experiences 
  • Conduct workshop to our clients 
  • Assist in preparation of relevant reports & proposals 
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above qualification in relevant discipline 
  • Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English 
  • Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet and MS Office 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Positive working attitude, responsible and detail-oriented 
  • Experience in CS will be an advantage 
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
