Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our OP&CS function based in Beijing, China.
As the Customer Service, you will:
- Communication with overseas offices / agents and follow up with overseas routing order shipment instructions.
- Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. Such as SOP, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities.
- Guidance/information to the customer and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information.
- Closer cooperation with trade lane supervisor, pricing staff, documentation clerk and airport operation.
- Verifying all documents/statement created by documentation clerk.
- Document issuing & Pre-alert sending, Profit / loss calculation.
Qualifications
为了能够更好的胜任该职位,您将需要:
- 大专以上学历,国贸、物流相关专业; 英语4级以上,读写能力佳,口语能够满足基本工作交流;
- 熟悉海、空,陆运货代操作流程, 业务知识面全,具有全航线经验者优先;
- 吃苦耐劳,细心,有较佳的沟通表达能力,应变能力强;
- 具有较强的责任心,服务意识和团队精神。
